The article talks about the ethics law in Alabama. It mentions that the Supreme Court of Alabama affirmed several and reversed several convictions. It mentions that heads of various state agencies and boards had engaged in self-dealing, nepotism, and misuse of state funds; and also talks about the recusal and anti-nepotism laws, zero tolerance on gifts and mandatory ethics training protocols. It mentions legislators passed the ethics legislation in 2010. |
