Queues are one of the worst problems all over the world. Management of high patient loads at hospitals presents a major challenge in streamlining hospital services. This paperwork aims to provide ease and comfort to patients while taking appointments from doctors. Here the proposed system is designed to resolve the problems that the patients have to face while making an appointment for Govt. Medical College Chest Hospital Thrissur. Patients in a remote area from the hospital can book or cancel the appointment through an Android app. Also, those who are unfamiliar with android phones can book through the hospital by a virtual kiosk system. A dedicated server timely updates the information regarding the availability of the doctor. The mobile app acts as a client whereas the data set containing the details of patient's, doctors and booking details are maintained by the web site that acts as a server. Compared to the usual queuing method, the Android app TOKEN appointment system could significantly increase patient's satisfaction with registration and reduce total waiting time effectively. The motivation behind this undertaking is to build up a Queue Management System for getting sorted outlining framework that can examine the line status and take choice which client to be served first.
