Correlation of deviation rate value and its curve on fabric appearance was discussed. Various uneveness indicators measured by yarn eveness tester were introduced. Characteristic and application method of deviation rate value and its curves were studied in-depth. Several indexes and graphs for predicting fabric appearance quality which using the offset rate were proposed.From theoretical analysis and actual test, the results were described and verified. It is considered that compared with evenness CVm value, deviation rate value and its curve have a stronger correlation with fabric appearance quality. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
