Abstrakt: | A 77-year-old woman with stage IV squamous cell lung carcinoma (SCC) presented with nonhealing, pruritic plaques on the back, right lower leg, and vulva. All biopsies showed pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia with dense polymorphous inflammatory infiltrate containing lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, and histiocytes.
