Based on the current situation of the existing SO3 sulfonation plant, combined with the various types of products, some problems existing in the plant were pointed out, and three ideas of engineering design for the sulfonation plant were put forward. The three engineering designs could simultaneously meet the operating requirements under different operating conditions, so as to provide reference for the engineering design of a sulfonation plant.
