The article presents the case of an 89-year-old female with a traumatic wound in her right shin who was rushed to The Best Foot Forward Leg Club in Dorset, England in January 2021 to discuss how the club continued to provide community-based treatment amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Other topics include the adverse effects of the pandemic to the club's free appointment system, and the club's strategy of collective treatment in a social environment. |
