The article presents a case study on spontaneous intractable pneumothorax in an old patient which was cured with minimally invasive percutaneous glue injection. It highlights the computed tomographic (CT) scan of his chest which showed a possible alveolar–pleural fistula (APF) in the apical segment of the right upper lobe. It reports on the use of percutaneous N-butyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA) glue injection in the APF. |
