Finite element analysis of semi-embedded ribbed exterior wallboard under wind load.

Abstrakt: As the main external envelope of the prefabricated buildings, the external wallboard affects the development of prefabricated buildings. This paper proposes a semi-embedded ribbed exterior wall panel, using ABAQUS finite element software to establish model, analyzes the load and deformation condition of wallboard itself under the positive and negative wind load. At the same time, considering the impact of different thickness of light steel keel on the bending performance of wallboard under horizontal wind load. The results show that with the increase of thickness of light steel keel, deflection of wallboard is reduced, the wind resistance bearing capacity increases. Under the same conditions, the bearing capacity of the wallboard under the effect of positive pressure is much higher than that under negative pressure. Deformation of the wallboard can meet the wind resistance requirements of buildings within 100 m in most areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
