The literature review shows that instead of thought and high philosophy, noble personality elements are also contained in the Malays Psyches. The study conducted by Hashim Hj. Musa (2008) found that there are 26 Core Malay Psyches (CMP) which are very good value and fair practiced by every Malaysian, especially educators. In this regard, the objective of this study is to discuss Islamic theme CMP in the speech acts of teachers. This study is in the form of hermeneutic phenomenology by using unobtrusive research methods and also applying library methods and content analysis techniques. A total of eight teaching audio-visual records were obtained from the Education Technology Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia. All the audio-visual records of the teaching were transcripted into text form. Then all the texts were analysed based on the keywords with the theme of religion presented by Rozita Che Rodi (2013). The results of the study found that CMP with Islamic theme is indeed exist in the speech acts of teachers, either explicitly or implicitly. The implicit application of Islamic theme CMP can be examined through the locutionary act, while the implicit application can be examined through the illocutionary act. This study can be used as a guide for educators to apply Islamic theme CMP in the form of moral values that are universal during the teaching process. In addition, this study may help researchers in the future to develop a model of moral values based on CMP to serve as one of the Cross-Curricular Elements especially for Malay Language.
