Abstrakt: Since the skin is a frequently affected and accessible organ, it is beneficial to perform a biopsy of the skin lesions in order to demonstrate the presence of a predominantly eosinophilic infiltrate around the blood vessels and thus contribute to the definitive diagnosis of this disease. EGPA is a small and medium vessel systemic vasculitis that occurs most frequently in patients with asthma and peripheral and tissue eosinophilia. Other less common skin lesions include cutaneous or subcutaneous nodules, erythematous papules, urticarial lesions, livedo reticularis, digital gangrene, and bullous lesions.
