Abstrakt: |
Given that TILT helps students be more successful and eases some of the challenges of teaching, it is noteworthy that some instructors are resistant to TILT. Transparency in learning and teaching (TILT) is a term used to describe how instructors can be transparent in their teaching practices to enhance the learning experience. Instructors who have used TILT note that it not only led to student success (Winkelmes et al., 2016) but also helped faculty organize and grade their assignments (Christopher, 2018; Willingham-McLain, 2017).
