Abstrakt: Cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) is a small vessel disease, causing spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in the elderly. As in our patient, in just one previously reported case the development of CAA was linked to the use of dura mater extracts during an embolization procedure rather than neurosurgery with dural graft [[3]].
