Abstrakt: Simultaneous disturbances of the total electron content and the horizontal component of geomagnetic field in the range of Pc6 are registered during periods of magnetospheric substorms. Such disturbances arise in intervals of interaction between Earth's magnetosphere and the turbulent sheath of magnetic clouds. Wavelet analysis of disturbances in the interplanetary magnetic field and the velocity and density of solar wind plasma testify to the existence of oscillations with similar periods in the interplanetary medium.
