Abstrakt: Assessment of student learning is a major activity of all academic programs, including social work. This manuscript reports one school's efforts to further develop assessment measures related to diversity and human rights. The program assessment committee received a grant from the university provost to further the school's assessment activities. Activities focused on engaging key stakeholders through a series of meetings to inform creation of a tool to aid in assessment. Stakeholders included faculty, field educators, advisors, students, and members of the equity and inclusion committee. The tool has been adapted for ongoing use by the field education department. Lessons from this effort are shared in order to guide additional work in assessment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
