The article focuses on decision of Minnesota Supreme Court in the case In re Welfare of A.J.B. on stalking-by-mail statute and narrowed the mail-harassment statute. It mentions need to protect Minnesotans' safety while maintaining their First Amendment protections that both broadened and narrowed protected speech and expressive conduct. It also mentions how speech can be considered conduct, and whether hate speech should maintain constitutional protection. |
