The present paper is second in a series of papers devoted to investigation of the Schuman resonances in Tomsk. The character of variations of fundamental frequencies of the Earth-ionosphere resonator over the period from March 1997 until March 2003 is analyzed from the data of continuous monitoring in Tomsk. The main features of changes in the first three resonant frequencies are established depending on the time of day and season, and their quantitative description is given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
