Abstrakt: The success of business organizations to reach into entrepreneurship requires a main significant element that is (strategic flexibility) which is considered one of the important elements in this success, as it effectively contributes to increase the capacity of organizations to keep pace with changes in the surrounding environment, as strategic flexibility leads organizations to adopt a proactive approach rather than a reaction approach that often leads to a lack of effort, time and cost. Accordingly, this research seeks to test the effective role of strategic flexibility with its dimensions (competitive flexibility, information flexibility, human capital flexibility, simplification of procedures) on business organizations entrepreneurship dimensions representing in the two main dimensions (entrepreneurship direction and strategic entrepreneurship) through field study conducted in thirteen private colleges in Baghdad. The problem of the research show by asking the question, is there an effect for strategic flexibility on, Number of statistical methods have been used including (frequency distribution, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation,) as statistical program is used (SPSS v. 19), (Excel 2010) to get results. The two researchers has come into a set of theoretical and practical conclusions, most important of which is (the business organizations entrepreneurship is important and active concept which helps business organizations to promote their creative and innovative capacities and to increase their competitive ability, and the universities of research sample working on benefit from information systems and information technology to develop level of services presented to beneficiaries) The research also came out with a set of recommendations, most important ones is (building the strategic flexibility through a call to spread the concept of strategic flexibility in its dimensions within its main plans and through the application of strategic flexibility in universities and adapting its dimensions with their reality, and the private colleges that wish to be entrepreneurial in their work must have their own entrepreneurial culture and be adventurer and bearing risk calculated and be proactive in their work).
