Abstrakt: |
The article deals with problem of contact interaction between the diamond grinding tool and the surface of the part. As a result of the research, we have obtained actual areas of contact for the cases of elastic contact, plastic contact and elastic-plastic contact. These areas take into account the sum of actual contact zones of touching bodies, which transmit the force of pressing of grinding wheel to the machined surface. Obtained analytical dependences for calculation of geometric parameters of a contact of diamond face tool with the machined surface of a part allow description, prediction and controlling force and resistance properties of the process according to machining conditions.
