Preczewski in front of U.S. Supreme Court on government's post-filing change of an unconstitutional policy moots nominal-damages claims that vindicate the government's past, completed violation of a plaintiff's constitutional right. It mentions declaratory judgment that the speech policies in Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC's) Freedom of Expression Policy and Student Code of Conduct violated their rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments. |
