In this paper, the influence of enhancement technical measures such as increasing cement strength grade, forming by vibration method, mixing fine aggregates, and adding reinforcing materials, on the performance of pervious concrete was studied. The results showed that, when the continuous porosity is equivalent, the 28 d compressive strength of the pervious concrete prepared with P · II 52.5 cement is increased by 49%*69% compared with that prepared with P · 042.5 cement. When formed by low-frequency, short-time mechanical vibration method, the continuous porosity of pervious concrete decreased by 21%~34%,and the 28 d compessive strength increased by 25%~122%. The 28 d compressive strength of pervious concrete also could be significantly improved by adding appropriate amount of 2.3~5 mm rice stone. To ensure that the permeability coefficient (kτ) was not less than 1.0mm/s, the content of rice stone should not exceed 7.5% during plug-in molding, and the content of rice stone should not exceed 5% during vibration molding. The enhancement effect of 1# reinforcing material (1% dispersible powder+0.5% triisopropanolamine+2% silicon fume+0.1% polypropylene fiber) was the most significant, and the 28 d compressive strength would increase by 32%~46%.
