: The article discusses the applying of architectural approach to the analysis of warehouse logistics processes. A simulation model is proposed that allows standardizing the basic controls based on the assessment of the current state of the organization of procurement and sales in solving the problems of warehouse logistics. The model makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of changes in business processes during the development of the company in order to choose the best scenario of the improvements.
