In order to study the synergistic effect of chemical adsorption and biodegradation in removing the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in polluted water, biochar was used as carrier materials to prepare immobilized Yarrowia lipolytica Tzyx3 microspheres by an adsorption-linking method. The remediation effects of naphthalene, phenanthrene and pyrene in water were evaluated through adsorption and degradation experiments. The results showed that the removal rate of naphthalene, phenanthrene and pyrene by biochar microbial inoculants was significantly higher than that by single biochar adsorption and bacterial degradation, and the removal rates of naphthalene, phenanthrene and pyrene in water by biochar microbial inoculants were 88.4%, 79.0% and 68.7%. The effects of temperature and pH value on biochar microbial inoculants were obvious, and the bioremediation effect was better in the range of 30~35 °C and pH value of 7.0~8.0.
