It is not surprising that the provisions of the tolerant Islamic laws came in accordance with the human instinct, to take into account the interests of the people, and guarantee them a good life in this worlds and after the death, and these are the most important objectives of Islamic law, which scholars have taken care of since ancient times to liberate, clarify and root, and among these was Imam Ibne Ashour. He was able in to discuss in his book (The Objectives of Islamic Law) to adopt a new methodology in explanation and rooting the Islamic laws, based on understanding and extrapolation, and this research aimed to shed light on his book, explain its sections and study his methodology writings in it, and among its most important results of research shows that, Ibne Ashur's book was distinguished by the scientific methodology, organized inductive process, which is based on gradation in explaining the issues of the Islamic material in a smooth manner.
