Abstrakt: Various components and parameters of the free surface energy of a large number of polymer and metal surfaces have been estimated using the van Oss—Chaudhury–Good theory by the method of wetting with test liquids. All data are obtained by spatial processing of the specified equation. The values of the thermodynamic work of adhesion of polymer adhesives on metals have been calculated theoretically. The adhesion interaction of the polymer composite material–metal studied joints has been studied by the method of peeling under conditions of cathodic polarization. The correspondence between the adhesive strength of the joints and the work of adhesion of the polymer adhesive and metal has been found. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
