The article presents a case of a 75-year-old male who reported injection-site nodules on his abdomen after his weekly maximum subcutaneous injection of semaglutide despite adherence to injection site rotation practices. He was advised to stop semaglutide and was prescribed with dulaglutide. He reported no adverse reactions since then. |
