Determines if small amounts of polyacrylamide (PAM) applied with sprinkler irrigation water at two irrigation rates were effective in controlling runoff and soil loss and in improving infiltration and aggregate stability. PAM's limiting of physical disintegration of aggregates caused by water drop impact. |
