Abstrakt: The article discusses research which investigated the risk factors for treatment failure in patients with core-binding factor (CBF) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Topics explored include the demographic and laboratory characteristics of patients with CBF-AML, the analysis of event-free survival (EFS), disease-free survival (DFS), and overall survival (OS) data, and the reported link between high white blood cell count and poor DFS.
