Abstrakt:	The importance of intensive care unit (ICU)–specific antibiograms has not been well established but may have key patient care implications if resistance rates are significantly different between the institution and a specific ICU location. Here, we argue that institutions should investigate and develop ultra-localized antibiograms for each ICU, especially for multi-drug resistant organisms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
