The effect of pH precipitation values on the properties of yttrium stabilized zirconia.

Abstrakt: The paper presents the effect of the pH of the deposition process on the properties of zirconia stabilized with yttrium oxide. It was shown that precipitation at pH = 5 leads to the formation of spherical particles, which do not collapse after firing and have high bulk density and fluidity. The sample obtained at pH = 8 is an aggregate with a wide particle size distribution with a fragmentation shape, not flowing with a low bulk density. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
