Abstrakt: |
In this paper, we present the results of numerical modeling of propagation of slow intrafault deformation disturbances in constrained conditions. It is shown that deformation disturbances propagating along the fault zone originate from the boundaries where the gradient of strength and elastic properties is maximum. The propagation pattern of deformation disturbances along the fault is of a pulsating nature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
