McLoughlin, S., & van Volkom, M. B College Students' Perceptions and Recognition of Sexual Harassment Across Genders. b College Student Journal, 2020, 54 (June) pp. 283-293. In a study of how Finnish students perceived short-cycle higher education programs, adopted to appeal to diploma-seeking older students, 85 students responded to a survey. The relative lack of recognition that these students received after transfer suggests the need for greater effort on the university's part to recognize these students as a strategy for maintaining their academic momentum.
