I Dear Sir i , The management of rectovaginal fistula involves a diversity of interventions and the operative technique often has to be individualized [1-3]. The technique selected for this patient, an advancement flap procedure, is demonstrated in Video S1 in the online Supporting Information The fistula was first identified and probed using a per-anal approach. The endorectal advancement flap technique is a good option for treatment of rectovaginal fistula, with low postoperative morbidity and a low risk of postoperative incontinence, even with recurrent fistulas.
