Abstrakt: The article presents a case of a 2-year-old African American girl with braids who was presented in a hospital due to a 2-day-old head swelling and right-sided face. She also experienced cold symptoms, headaches and vomiting. Her differential diagnosis include skull fracture, orbital cellulitis, and preseptal cellulitis. She was eventually diagnosed with subgaleal hematoma (SGH) caused by her hair braids.
