A methodology based on synthesis of hybrid fuzzy models was used to obtain a system of mathematical models for assessment of the severity of ischemic processes in the central hemodynamic system, the lower limbs, the heart, and the brain, and for classification of normal, latent, reversive, and critical states of the organs of interest. An algorithm for selection of rational prophylactic and treatment schemes was developed for different classes of states of the organs of interest. As compared with conventional treatment schemes, and using a variety of criteria for assessment of efficacy, the algorithm proposed here provided 2.4-fold faster (by 58%) achievement of positive results and a 2.5-fold (by 73%) decrease in the risk of limb amputation.
