Achieving highly stable and efficient organometal halide perovskite solar cell (PSC) is the long-term aim of researchers. Hole Transport layer (HTL) is the vital factor for attaining increased stability and efficiency of PSC. In this study, the microwave assisted WO3 nanoplatelet were utilized as HTL for inverted structure PSCs. The device was fabricated in the structure of glass/ITO/WO3/Perovskite/TiO2/Al. More importantly, the pre-synthesized TiO2 can be directly deposited on the top of perovskite film as electron transport layer (ETL) without the decomposing absorbing layer. The power conversion efficiency was studied and the stability of the device was observed in the ambient atmosphere. This study paves a path towards further research on inverted structure PSCs.
