The work is devoted to obtaining a new functional material by the graft polymerization method. Methacrylic acid adamantyl ester was used as the graftable monomer. The regularities of the process were studied in order to obtain the maximum yield of grafted copolymers. The proposed method allows to obtain a material containing up to 33% of grafted fragments in a modified fiber. The study of the properties showed that the obtained functional polymer material has good mechanical properties and increased heat resistance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
