The article reports on how to build relationships with immigrant families. Topics include collaborative engagement approach with IR families is more likely to create home–school connections that are linguistically sustaining connections that reflect and value the deep knowledge IR families possess; and school leadership has been viewed as emanating from a sole source; and this perspective oversimplifies the difficult work that administrators must navigate to ensure the success of all learners. |
