| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of an 11-year-old girl diagnosed with cardiac tamponade without cardiac tumor in pediatric anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). She develops acute dyspnea and orthopnea from repeated fever, cervical lymphadenopathy and cough. It suggests that the cytology of pericardial effusion was a false-negative result because of malignancy. |
