The author discusses his Unalienable project which was born out of the need for Asian Americans to be seen and recognized as Americans. He cites the discrimination suffered by Asian Americans who are accused of bringing Covid-19 to the U.S. He also mentions the acknowledgment by the Dramatist Guild of the violence and discrimination against Americans of Asian descent, as well as the positive response to his project. |
