| Abstrakt: |
A method for isolation of polyprenols from leaves of Vitis vinifera is considered. Their immunomodulatory effect was revealed. It was shown that stimulation of immune responses is observed not only in intact animals, but also in animals with secondary immunodeficiency states, developing in acute toxic hepatitis and radiation exposure. The activity of the polyprenols from Vitis vinifera was not inferior to the known immunomodulating agent immunale. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
