Abstrakt:	The article describes the development of a protective face shield against the risk of droplet infection during the coronavirus crisis in the Czech Republic. The shield was developed at the Department of Technical Subjects at the University of Hradec Králové and conceived as a product design for primary school pupils for the subject' man and the world of work' as well as technical practice. The shield is constructed of materials commonly available to' schools. Part of the article is a proposal for the production process of the protective shield. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
