The behavior of the users on web and mobile devices is important for evaluation of the efficiency of the user experience and adapting the interface and the content to the user’s needs. In this paper, a machine learning algorithm is applied to labeled data of the graph of user activities on web and mobile websites of University of National and World Economy and then its efficiency is evaluated. A few approaches to adapt the user interface and content are proposed with the goal of enhancing the overall user experience and satisfaction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
