Abstrakt: In the process of ethnic society development, the culture of local minorities groups in Lang Biang, such as the Chil, the Lat, and the Xre people of the Co Ho ethnic group, has gone through many changes, especially spiritual and cultural ones - an aspect related to the community's customary law, folk performances, beliefs, rituals and festivals. This change is due to the possible causal factors, such as government policies, cultural exchange among ethnic groups, the reception of new religions, and rational choice. To better understand the status and analyze these factors, the author used data collected directly from the community through participant observation and in-depth interviews in 2016 and 2017. This primary data is used to draw a picture of the state of spiritual and cultural change of the ethnic minorities in Lang Biang during their development process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
