Abstrakt: An original magnetometer based on a dc superconducting quantum interferometer is described. The design features of the device are discussed and functional diagrams of its new units are presented. The magnetic moment measurement methods that optimize the measurement process are proposed. Examples of the investigations carried out on the samples of different materials are given. The factors affecting the reliability of the magnetic measurements are considered. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
