Democratization in speech have not only broadened the ways of language expression, manifestations of linguistic individuality, but have led to many negative phenomena. This is typical not only for marginal communication, but also for political discourse, especially – for the media, which has a huge impact on the speech behavior of society. Nowadays, the concept of ethical and linguistic standard have been actualized, it is developed not only in the framework of ecological linguistics, but also in legal linguistics. In the context of ethical and speech norms, it is important to note the words usage is inseparable from the categories of ethics. These new phenomena are due to the combination of all the circumstances of socio-political and cultural life. It is impossible to give any recommendations in the field of regulation in general and ethical and linguistic norms in particular without taking them into account. The methodology of the work is based on a combination of panchronic and diachronic approaches to the language.
