This study was carried out at the Kalar Technical Institute, Animal health department during the period from 1/ 03/2017 to 26/04 /2017. The aim of the present research was to investigate the effect of different levels of vitamin B-complex in drinking water on productive performance and certain blood traits of ROSS 5109 broiler chickens. 105 day old chicks were used (35 for each treatment group) control group no vitamin B-complex in drinking water (T1), 1ml/Litter drinking water of vitamin B(T2 group) and T3 was 1.5/litter drinking water of vitamin B. Results revealed that adding vitamin B-complex to birds drinking water caused significant (p ≤ 0.05) increase regarding body weight gain, feed conversion ratio. Also, vitamin Bcomplex in drinking water (T2 and T3 ) caused significant (p ≤ 0.05) increase concerning the number of red blood cells (RBC) and packed cell volume (PCV%) and hemoglobin (Hb) concentration and the number of white blood cells (WBCs) in comparison with control (T1 ). In conclusion, drinking water containing B-complex vitamins resulted significant improvement respecting production performance and blood traits of broiler chicken specially at the level (1.5 ml B-complex/L) drinking water throughout the study.
