Abstrakt: Near-ambient-pressure x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (NAP-XPS) and x-ray-induced Auger electron spectroscopy were used to characterize gas-phase carbon monoxide, CO(g). In this submission, the authors show the survey, valence band, O 1s, C 1s, O KLL Auger, and C KLL Auger spectra acquired using high-resolution synchrotron NAP-XPS with a photon energy of 647.08 eV.
