This conversation originated in a biweekly graduate-level course on queering feminism. Following a generative classroom discussion on an assigned reading, "Identity: Skin, Blood, Heart" by Minnie Bruce Pratt, Suzanne Lenon (course instructor) proposed formalizing the conversation for this special issue of Feminist Formations. A loose set of questions was circulated to the two students (Serena Visser and Jaisie Walker) ahead of time. The conversation took place in a living room over the course of a morning, then was transcribed and edited for clarity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
