In order to optimize the ratio of the regional size of fast fashion clothing, the body type analysis of young women in Xinjiang was carried out. Market research and questionnaire were used and a regional incongruity situation of fast fashion clothing brands was found. Through literature analysis, the young women in Xinjiang was compared with other regional and national standard A-body types. The size of upper garment was taken as the research object, and that the relationship between fast fashion incongruity and the characteristics of regional body type was found, and some domestic fast fashion clothing brand sizes was summarized. The results show that the fast fashion clothing type has the problem of low coverage, and there are obvious differences in A-body type in different regions. Young women in Xinjiang and the Northeast are taller and bigger than Southern region, while they have more evenly shapes in Shanghai and Hebei, and the differences in body size in different regions is obvious. Appropriate distribution of clothing types through regional body characteristics combined with regional size ratio recommendations will be a reference for the relevant researchers and companies.
