Atomic Structure of Amorphous PbTiO3, PbFe1/2Nb1/2O3 and PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3: A Comparative X-Ray Diffraction Study.

Abstrakt: The short-range order in atomic structure of amorphous compounds based on polar dielectrics PbTiO3, PbFe1/2Nb1/2O3 and PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 with common formula AB′1-xB″xO3 has been studied by X-ray diffraction experiments. The pair radial distribution functions (RDF) obtained for these materials are very similar. Some differences in the shape of RDFs are related to effective ionic radii of B-cations (B = B′1-xB″x).
